Services
All services provided are personalised nutritional therapy consultations and guidance. These are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking. In some cases, a 50% deposit may be accepted to secure your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes made more than 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded (minus any payment processing fees) if you choose not to rebook. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or missed appointments, will be charged in full (100%).
Packages are valid for a specified period and must be used within that timeframe. Unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your health.
Confidentiality
All personal information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential, in line with applicable data protection laws.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website or services.
